About Us

This is a community initiative started by Enoch Sathiasatchi a Project Manager in an MNC under the guidance of Rev. Jayakumar of RSAG.

The program is about the upliftment of underprivileged youth in and around kadugudi(whitefield) area by conducting workshops which will help, enlighten, make them aware of their strengths, focus on things they need to do according to their interests and education.

To start with, we had a 3 hour program on 3rd Aug 2008, with the objective of equipping the youth of that area.

First the group of people who had come that day was divided into 2 groups,

Group A – consisted of students who were doing 9th and 10th as well who were in PUC

Group B – consisted of college graduates and people who are looking for Jobs.

The topics addressed for these two groups were,

(1) Excel in studies, exams and awareness of competitive exams.

(2) Self Assessment and exposure to career streams.

(3) Upcoming Job sectors in India.

(4) A winning resume and acing a job interview.

(5) Self development and acquiring soft skills.

These topics were prepared and taken by people who are professionals, in their respective area and who have excelled in studies/Jobs.

We would like to thank every one who has been to this program and hope it was a defining moment in your life’s.

We would also like to thank the professionals for their commitment and time for the development of the underprivileged youths.

As winning ways is a continuous program, we would like to be in touch with all the participants, so that we would able to serve you better next time and to reach out to many more deserving youths.

Not to be left out, we thank Rev.Jayakumar, Enoch Washington, Enoch Sathiasatchi, Isaac Periyasamy, Joshua, Godwin, Richardson, Rebecca Isaac and all those who worked backstage to make this program a success for their very valuable time.
